Nature of the Service
Alwenna is an entertainment and self-reflection service. It uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized astrology content, including readings, horoscopes, and reports. This content is provided for entertainment and personal-insight purposes only.
No professional advice. Alwenna is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Nothing provided through the service constitutes medical, psychological, mental-health, financial, investment, legal, or other professional advice. If you need advice in any of these areas, consult a qualified professional.
No guarantees or predictions. Astrology is not a science. The content is not predictive or deterministic, and we make no representation or warranty that any statement, reading, or outcome is accurate, reliable, or will come true. You should not rely on the service to make important life, health, financial, or legal decisions.
AI-generated content. Content is produced by automated AI systems and may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on it.
Your responsibility. You use the service at your own discretion and risk, and you remain solely responsible for your own choices and actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alwenna and its operator disclaim all liability for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the content.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service and make purchases.
Your account
An account is optional and needed only for paid features and cross-device sync. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Alwenna.
Reading another person
For a compatibility reading, only enter another person's birth details if you have their consent. By proceeding, you confirm that you do.
Free and paid
Some premium features are currently open to everyone for free and may become paid later. Paid subscriptions, when offered, are billed per the plan shown at checkout; you can cancel anytime, and refunds follow applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no illegal use, and no attempt to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload it, and no reselling access without permission.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and its content are ours. The readings generated for you are yours to keep and use personally.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a reading.
Changes and governing law
We may update the service or these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any dispute will be resolved under it.
