Alwenna is operated by an individual ("Alwenna", "we", "us"). This policy explains, in plain language, what we do and don't collect. Astrology here is for reflection and entertainment — not medical, legal, or financial advice. Questions or requests: fedorstartup@gmail.com.
You can use Alwenna anonymously
By default your birth details — name, date, time and place — stay on your device, in your browser. We don't store them on our servers, and we can't identify you.
What reaches our astrology engine
To calculate your chart, your birth time and place (no name) are sent to our astrology engine to do the maths. The result comes back to your device.
What we keep on our side
Only anonymous readings and your ratings (helpful / not helpful), tied to a random id stored on your device — no name, no birth data. This helps us improve Alwenna.
Accounts are optional
You only need an account for paid subscriptions, the deep PDF book, and syncing across devices. Sign-in is through Google; in that case we hold your email and basic profile. This is the only mode where we can identify you.
Sharing a comparison
If you share a compatibility reading, we create a link with an unguessable code that you send to whomever you choose. It shows the reading without any names or birth data, isn't public or searchable, and we delete it on request.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics for aggregate, anonymous usage — no advertising and no third-party trackers. We use only a few functional cookies: your language and theme preference, and — if you sign in — a session cookie.
We never sell your data
We don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't run ads.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete your data, or answer any privacy question — write to fedorstartup@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. To erase anonymous data yourself, clear your browser storage.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
